 Lancaster was born on 16 September 1978 in Tacoma Washington. She was a student at Franklin Pierce High School, Tacoma. In 1998 she won the title of Miss Washington Teen USA. She was a member of the Sea Gals cheerleading team of the Seattle Seahawks. Lancaster was part of the Sea Gals for five years before she moved to Los Angeles to pursue modeling and dancing.
